The board is solid pine, cut to 1.5cm—not because it's the cheapest, but because it's the thickness that doesn't bend under weight and doesn't bully the wall. The inner depth is 8cm—measured from the kind of figures people actually collect, not from a catalog of assumptions.

Note on Mounting: Nail-free adhesive installation is recommended primarily for smooth tile surfaces. For non-tile walls (such as painted walls, wallpaper, or drywall), drilling is strongly recommended to ensure maximum stability and load-bearing security.
- Prep the Surface: Wipe the wall thoroughly to ensure it is clean and completely dry.
- Apply Adhesive (For Tile Surfaces): Squeeze the nail-free glue onto the stainless steel backplate and peel off the adhesive backing strips.
- Secure the Base: Press the backplate firmly against the wall for 5 seconds (or proceed with drilling/screwing if installed on non-tile surfaces).
- Hang & Fasten: Hang the wooden shelf onto the mounted backplate. For added security, insert and tighten the screw at the bottom bracket.
